What information do I need to start the process? All that is needed is the name of your friend or loved one and where they are detained. With this information one of our agents will be able to contact the facility, determine the bond amount, and determine what must be done to secure their release.
How much does a bond cost?Bonding agents are bound by the laws of the State of Ohio to charge 10% for a bail bond. The laws in Pennsylvania are slightly different, one of our proffesional agents will gladly explain bail rates in depth either over the phone or in person.
Are there any additional fees?Occasionally. Some courts charge a fee when an agent posts a bond. These fees vary. The agent will be able to inform you as to what the fees are at the particular court where your friend or loved one is charged.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash and money orders as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
I don’t have all the money right now, what are my options? We provide a multitude of payment options. Some bonds can be posted with as little as 40% down. Ask to see if you qualify.
Remember: Bonding a person out of jail is serious business. By signing for a person on a bond you are taking responsibility for them throughout the pre-trial phase.
